材料:
·150g good-quality plain chocolate, chopped
·150g butter
·2 large tbsp golden syrup
·255g semi-sweet biscuits, such as digestives, crushed(in a bowlwith your hands or in a plastic bag with a rolling pin)
·25g hazelnuts or almonds, toasted and chopped(optional)
(我没有买到hazelnuts, 我只有almonds, 我喜欢almonds, 所以我放了50g)
做法:
1. Melt the chocolate with the butter and golden syrup in a large bowl sitting over a saucepan of simmering water on a low heat.
2. Stir in the crushed biscuits and nuts(if using)until well blended. Spread in a 23cm(9in)diameter round cake tin or a 20cm(8in)square tin, lined with greaseproof or parchment paper.(我家里什么烘焙纸都没有, 所以我只好直接放在方形的铁盘)
3. Refrigerate for a couple of hours until well set, or pop into the freezer for 45 minutes. Cut into 16 pieces. (我怕太大块会很腻, 所以切得很小块, 忘了数不过不止16片)
